Boy! Did I under-estimate the work involved in setting this up! To date I’ve probably spent two months out in the field. Measuring, taking up turf, drilling holes, bitumen painting, putting in posts and then trellis wiring, hammering in spacers, to mention just the highlights!
Still now the end is in sight so I thought I’d take a few moments to look back at what we had to do.
It all started with a crazy idea, making wine in the field.
